2.Phase of Mall of İstanbul, which consists of residences, office space, shopping center and hotels, will cover an area of 18,208 m² and feature a hotel and congress center with total construction area of 109,000 m².

The project includes a 206-room hotel construction area (39,977.04 m²), congress center (10,396.76 m²), office space (17,260.74 m²), retail (1,906.26 m²), arts workshop and exhibition area (3,966.68 m²), restaurant space (489.72 m²), and parking area (34,572.12 m²).
